Recovered historical report
In one night, the Prophet ﷺ was taken from the Ka‘bah to Masjid al-Aqsa in Jerusalem on a winged steed called al-Buraq. He led all the prophets in prayer. Then he ascended through the seven heavens, meeting Adam, Jesus and John, Joseph, Idris, Aaron, Moses, and finally Abraham at the lote tree of the utmost boundary (Sidrat al-Muntaha). He received the command of 50 daily prayers, reduced to five upon Moses’ advice. The Prophet returned to Makkah the same night. When he told the Quraish, they mocked him, but Abu Bakr said, “If he said it, it is true.” Abu Bakr was called al-Siddiq (the truthful) from that day.

Reminder: The Quraish asked for details of Jerusalem. The Prophet described it perfectly even though he had never been there.
Revisit context: Your faith may be tested by things you cannot see. Believe in the unseen.
