The public status examples remain bounded
Legal Hub: legal literacy direction, not legal advice. Business Hub: learning/planning, not guaranteed success. Unemployment Buster: employability support, not job guarantee. Mind Beautifier: reflection/EI learning, not therapy. Drug Buster: awareness/referral-oriented, not treatment. Family Harmony: learning/reflection, not counselling unless governed. Green Solutions: local-pilot direction, not full operation. Idea Lab: testing framework, not funding/incubator. aLive Bangladesh: public-awareness vision, not national platform.
One pilot changes only the claim it supports
A private real journey or pilot may justify saying a manual micro-pathway has been attempted or completed. It should not automatically upgrade the public pillar to 'active service.' Preserve the exact evidence, scope and privacy.
Service readiness is a second gate
Before 'service' language, establish who delivers, qualification/authority, scope, exclusions, process, privacy, risk/escalation, payment/refund where applicable, complaint/correction process and evidence of delivery capacity.
Professional review is about authority, not indefinite hiding
Public-safe learning can stay live while professional/service governance develops. But review status cannot be used to imply that a qualified service exists. Learning may publish; consequential professional action needs actual qualified scope.
