Nine Pillars · governance resources

A real Nine Pillars governance and evidence pack now exists

DEPTH-08 creates manual tools for need-to-pillar mapping, pillar Source-of-Truth, public-claim boundaries, professional referral, pilot evidence, service readiness, cross-pillar mapping, One Word routing, public status, privacy/risk, correction/versioning and historical-claim reconciliation.

Included tools

Need → Pillar Map · Pillar Source-of-Truth Record · Pillar Public Claim Boundary · Professional / Referral Gate · Pillar Pilot Evidence Record · Service Readiness Gate · Cross-Pillar Case Map · One Word Pillar Routing Card · Public Pillar Status Table · Risk + Privacy Check · Correction + Version Record · Historical Pillar Claim Reconciliation · current status JSON · provenance JSON · manifest.

Historical reconciliation is deliberate

Older recovered pillar profiles contain useful architecture but also stronger claims that may be stale, unsupported, sensitive or superseded. The reconciliation worksheet prevents those claims from silently returning to current public pages.

Private evidence can remain evidence

A private client journey, tax/legal record, recovery/family note, business pilot or other sensitive case does not need to be published to count as evidence internally. Public claims should disclose only what is necessary and authorized.

The pack does not activate services

Templates improve governance. They do not create professional qualification, staffing, legal entity status, technical runtime, partnerships, payment readiness or service capacity. Those require separate evidence.

Reflection

Questions to sit with

  1. Which governance record is required before this pillar claim changes?
  2. What private evidence should remain non-public?
  3. Does this template document readiness—or merely help assess it?

One safe next action

Download the pack and complete the smallest record needed for one pillar/component.
