Define included and excluded work
State what you will deliver, what you will not deliver, what the other party must provide, and what happens if scope changes. Avoid vague 'full service' wording when the actual offer is narrow.
Price is a current fact, not a historical formula
The recovered drafts contain value-capture ratios, tiering rules, discounts and pricing experiments. DEPTH-02 does not publish those as a pricing authority. Use current owner-approved pricing, actual costs, market context, contracts, taxes and applicable law.
Evidence before outcome claims
If you claim a result, be able to trace the source and scope. A demo, project, unpaid pilot, testimonial, case note and independently measured client outcome are different evidence classes. Label them correctly.
Regulated/professional work requires actual authority
Do not turn general knowledge into legal, tax, investment, clinical, therapeutic, religious, engineering, accounting or other regulated professional service. Where professional authority is required, verify the person, scope, jurisdiction and engagement.

Questions to sit with
- What exactly is included and excluded?
- What evidence supports the promise I am making?
- Does any part require a licensed or qualified professional?
