Use a relevant recipient and reason
Do not contact people simply because a list is available. Know why the person or organization is relevant, use an appropriate channel, and respect platform rules, consent, privacy and local law.
Lead with a truthful specific value proposition
Say what problem you can help with, what bounded next step you are proposing, and what evidence supports your capability. Do not invent urgency, scarcity, customer numbers, results, partnerships or authority.
Track response as evidence
A reply, no reply, objection, interview, referral, request for proof, price resistance, or paid acceptance can each teach something. Record enough context to compare message versions without turning people into targets.
Negotiation is not psychological control
The historical Level 01 source includes psychological and persuasion techniques. DEPTH-02 does not present manipulation, emotional engineering, pressure, or quasi-clinical techniques as acceptable sales practice. Negotiate scope, evidence, price, risk, responsibility and alternatives transparently.
Reflection
Questions to sit with
- Why is this person or organization relevant to the offer?
- What claim in my message needs evidence?
- Am I creating pressure that I cannot justify truthfully?
