Before he was sent to the world, he was first sent to his Lord in the night. The second half (revealed years later) eased the requirement, acknowledging human limitations.

Reminder: What do you do when the night feels empty and prayer feels mechanical? This surah was sent to a Prophet who was exhausted and overwhelmed. The command was: arise anyway.

Working practical step: Tonight, set an alarm 15 minutes before Fajr. Even if you only pray two rakats and sit quietly — show up. Allah sees the alarm you set and the intention behind it.
