Why these are text files
The first candidate pack uses simple UTF-8 text so the content remains easy to inspect, diff, version, translate, print, and preserve. A later designed PDF/DOCX edition can be created as a new version after review instead of inventing historical binaries.
How to use the pack
Choose one tool for a real situation. Fill it manually. After the action, record what happened and what evidence exists. Keep personal or workplace-sensitive information private and follow your organization's policies.
