Legal Hub: clarity before legal-service claims

The current bounded direction is legal literacy, document awareness, rights education, question preparation, referral direction, and business-formalization awareness. Case handling and legal representation remain separate professional claims.

Human need

People may arrive with confusion about documents, rent, property, business registration, trade licence, TIN/BIN/VAT/tax-return questions, contracts, disputes, police/court matters, family documents or general rights. The first value is becoming clearer about the issue and the documents/questions that may matter.

Allowed early scope

Legal literacy, document awareness, general rights education, question preparation, referral direction and general business-formalization awareness can be useful before a full professional service exists.

Professional boundary

Do not imply legal representation, case handling, legal strategy, court support, guaranteed outcome, urgent legal intervention or case-specific professional advice unless qualified professionals, scope, agreements, privacy and governance actually exist.

Evidence and pilot rule

A successfully completed manual document or professional micro-pathway can support a claim about that exact scoped activity. It does not prove the entire Legal Hub is a live legal-services department. Client-specific legal/tax evidence should remain private unless sharing is authorized.

Reflection

Questions to sit with

  1. Is this legal literacy or a case-specific professional matter?
  2. What document/question can be prepared without pretending to advise on the case?
  3. What qualified role is actually required?

One safe next action

Use the Professional / Referral Gate before any case-specific legal or tax claim.
