Why these are new derived resources
The historical Level 00 source lists appendices such as daily/weekly checklists, sample blueprints, error-log templates and tool recommendations. DEPTH-01 uses that recovered structure but creates a fresh candidate set with explicit provenance instead of claiming the exact historical appendix binaries survived.
The pack does not score a learner
No worksheet produces a learning profile score, intelligence score, memory score, diagnosis, ranking, predicted outcome, or certified result. The records exist to help the learner compare plan, practice, evidence, error and adjustment over time.
Keep sensitive learning information private
A learning log may contain school, workplace, health, disability, performance, or personal information. Store and share it according to the sensitivity of the content; this site does not need or collect completed worksheets.
