Revenue is not the same as profit or cash received
Record what was invoiced, what was actually received, direct costs, refunds, unpaid amounts and delivery obligations separately. Do not use impressive totals that hide cost, debt, tax, delay or incomplete delivery.
Keep estimates labelled as estimates
Projected value, expected conversion, possible client savings, future recurring revenue, market size and opportunity cost can be useful planning concepts, but they are not realized results. Keep forecast and historical fact in separate fields.
Legal, tax and accounting boundaries
The historical manual includes legal/tax and financial-management chapters. DEPTH-02 does not provide jurisdiction-specific legal, tax, accounting, company, investment or regulatory instructions. Use current official sources and qualified professionals where required.
Stop unsafe or unsupported work
If you discover the work is outside your qualification, violates a contract or platform rule, exposes private data improperly, creates unmanageable financial risk, or depends on a claim you cannot support, stop or change scope before continuing.
Preserve delivery evidence and corrections
Keep the agreed scope, deliverable, acceptance or review, payment evidence where appropriate, complaints, corrections, refunds/rework and final status. A completed case should be able to show what happened without rewriting inconvenient parts.

Questions to sit with
- What money was actually received, and what remains unpaid or estimated?
- What costs or obligations are missing from the headline number?
- What professional or legal issue needs qualified review?
