Demand signals: observe before you scale

The historical source contains detailed demand scorecards, thresholds, ad tests and platform tactics. DEPTH-02 keeps a simpler discipline: collect real signals, record the source and limitation, and decide what evidence to seek next.

Signals are not guarantees

Relevant job listings, direct inquiries, paid requests, repeat questions, interviews, comparable current offers, and owner-approved internal needs can indicate demand. They do not prove that your specific offer will sell or that income will be stable.

Record the actual source

For each signal, note date, platform/source, what was visibly requested, price only if current and relevant, and what remains unknown. Old screenshots, cached listings, or someone else's price may be useful context but should not become your current price automatically.

Avoid fake precision

The Level 01 source uses composite scores and numerical decision thresholds. DEPTH-02 does not publish a single demand score that pretends to convert uncertain markets into certainty. Use multiple signals and state confidence qualitatively where needed.

Sensitive or regulated demand needs stronger checks

High demand does not remove legal or professional restrictions. Legal, tax, health, financial, mental-health, child-related, immigration, religious, and other regulated or high-stakes work should not be pursued as a service without the required authority and safeguards.

Reflection

Questions to sit with

  1. What real demand signal did I observe—not infer?
  2. What does this signal not prove?
  3. What next signal would increase confidence?

One safe next action

Collect five real signals in the Demand Signal Log before making a large commitment.
