Model A — historical personal Journey
The recovered Journey Mode overview divides 90 days into Foundation (1–30), Growth (31–60), and Integration (61–90). It also historically proposed daily check-ins, weekly review, milestones, DLAS personalization, SoulAI and Garden/gamification. DEPTH-07 keeps the phase model as methodology while not upgrading the unverified automation/personalization stack.
Model B — Chapter 32 project-governance protocol
The later First 90 Days chapter is explicitly about protecting meUus's beginning: Truth Foundation (1–30), Public Alignment (31–60), and Low-Risk Pathways (61–90). Its deliverables include public truth, status, claims, evidence, boundaries, risk, privacy and review. It is project governance, not a universal human-development prescription.
90 days do not prove whole-person change
A completed 90-day record can support claims about actions, evidence, reviews, corrections and continuation. It does not by itself prove lasting behavioural transformation, clinical improvement, employment success, spiritual status, relationship repair, or any other whole-person outcome.
The next 90 days must come from evidence
Chapter 32 explicitly says the next 90 days should be prepared from what the first 90 days actually taught—not from fresh excitement alone. DEPTH-07 applies the same discipline generally: continue only from current evidence, changed context, capacity, user choice and remaining risk.
Reflection
Questions to sit with
- Which 90-day model am I actually using?
- What did this period prove and not prove?
- What should the next 90 days inherit—and what should they leave behind?
