Prototype purpose
The bounded prototype is for adult guided reflection: consent-based, limited, non-diagnostic, non-emergency, and non-clinical. Its evidence supports a narrow workflow, not psychotherapy, professional assessment, crisis monitoring, or an all-purpose personal AI.
What RC1 / RC2 prove
RC1 demonstrated a private workflow proof. RC2 demonstrated a local guarded/full-chain pass. Together they show bounded reflection logic and controlled processing can be exercised. They do not prove public reliability, production security, end-to-end deletion, reviewer availability, or clinical/professional validity.
The public gate remains closed
The controlling state keeps public SoulAI not live. Before any public pilot, the project still needs source/privacy reconciliation, consent and data-flow records, retention/deletion testing, server-side limits, incident/rollback ownership, harmful-output review, qualified-review pathways where needed, and deliberate launch authorization.
No hidden professional role
SoulAI must never silently simulate a therapist, psychologist, doctor, legal professional, religious scholar, or other qualified human. If professional input is required, the professional must actually exist, be verified for scope, and be clearly separated from AI output.
A future public pilot should remain small
The recovered roadmap points toward one adult-only private/manual pilot before considering a small public pilot. Expansion should follow harmful-output review, deletion tests, reviewer feedback, clear status, and rollback capability—not a marketing deadline.

Questions to sit with
- What exactly did the private test prove, and what did it not prove?
- Would a user know this is AI-assisted reflection rather than professional assessment?
